- 8-10 chopped/crushed Garlic cloves

- In a bowl add 1 cup water. Mix sugar and dissolve it then add yeast and mix. Cover & let it rest god 10-15mins.
- As yeast activates add wheat flour, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chopped garlic & salt to it.Knead the soft dough.
- Add 1tsp butter and knead again.Cover & let it rest for minimum 1 hr.
- Meanwhile mix all ingredients to prepare garlic butter.
- After rest period dough gets double in size.add sone butter and knead again. divide it on two or three parts.
- Sprinkle some dry flour on clean platform. Tuck n make nice round of the dough. Press with fingers to extend.
- If required gently roll with Rolling pin.
- Spread garlic butter on it. then spread grated cheese on one part, put some capsicum n corn kernels on it.
- Put cheese slice and sprinkle chilli flakes & oregano over it.
- Fold n cover it.Put it in a greased tray.
- Brush some garlic butter. Sprinkle chilli flakes & oregano then make cut marks with knife.*do not cut full *
- Bake in preheated oven for 20mins @ 200 degree.
- Time n temperature may vary from oven to oven.
