- Wash and peel the pear. In a sauce pan add cinnamon sticks, cloves, Ginger, Sugar and water. Heat until first boil and then reduce the flame to low. Cook on low flame for 30 minutes or until the pear is completely cooked. Insert a knife and check.
- Mix the Flour,B. Powder, B. Soda together. Then in a bowl take powdered sugar, water and oil. Beat well until everything is mixed well. Add the Flour mix and make a smooth lump free batter. I have baked in a khadayi for 30 minutes. Keep aside to cool once done.
- Both are ready for serve. Once the cake is cool, pour the pear syrup on top of cake and apply some whipped cream. Roughly give a design using butter knife. Sprinkle some cinnamon and place the pear on top and Serve.
